Case law situation:

The individual allocated land by the State but did not use and got the land managed and used stably and permanently by another. In the course of land use, this person has embellished the land, built a stable house, declared and was granted a certificate of land use right without any opinions from the land grantee.

Legal solution:

In this case, the Court should not accept the request to reclaim the land use right.
