Case law situation:

The property is homeownership and land use rights have been divided by the Court's legally effective Judgment or Decision, other people (who are not the involved parties in that case) file a lawsuit to reclaim the homeownership and land use rights.

Legal solution:

In this situation, the Court will not accept the new case. The claimants for house ownership and land use rights shall notify the competent person in writing to review the legally effective judgment or decision under cassation or reopening procedures.
