CASE NO. 63/2023/AL REGARDING THE CONSIDERATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS RELATED TO THE COMPLAINE

Case law situation: The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the administrative decision and the administrative act related to it. However, only the administrative act was still in force due to the statute of limitations for lawsuits.

Legal solution: In this case, the Court must settle the petition for a lawsuit against the administrative act. Additionally, the Court has the right to consider the legitimacy of the administrative decision related to the complained administrative act.
