1. The people are advised to stay at home and only go outside when strictly necessary, wear masks when going out, communicating, working or being public places and means; wash hands with soap or sanitizer; and maintain a safety distance of 1 m during communication. Do not form groups of more than 20 people outside office buildings, schools, hospitals and in public places.
2. Keep these activities continuously suspended:
- Festivals, religious rituals, sports events, events that crowded events in public places … with groups of more than 20 people, stadiums, and major events that are not necessary at the moment.
- Parties … with groups of more than 20 people.
- Tourism, travelling activities, hotels and other accommodation establishments.
- Sports, gym, yoga, billiards, indoor sports, martial arts, sea bath.
- Restaurant and catering facilities allowed to serve food in the form of take-away or shipping.
- Teaching activities at prescribed establishments.
- The activities of transporting passengers to localities applying epidemic measures of prevention and control the pandemic.
3. Public passenger transport in the city is allowed to operate with half the number of passengers allowed per vehicle type.
4. Apply "ticket to market" each 3 days.
5. Other activities will be considered being allowed to operate when meeting the prescribed conditions.
6. Events for economics, politics and society are held when really necessary and will be decided by the competent authority.
7. Other measures of prevention and control the pandemic should be applied under the law provisions.
