According to Decree 72/2013/ND-CP on the management, provision, and use of internet services and online information, the opening time of the game center is specified at Clause 8, Article 36 of Decree 72/2013/ND-CP:
“Article 36. Rights and obligations of owners of gaming centers
Rights and obligations of owners of gaming centers:
…
8. Do not open from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM”
To handle this action, Decree 15/2020/ND-CP prescribing penalties for administrative violations against regulations on postal services, telecommunications, radio frequencies, information technology, and electronic transactions impose a penalty for overtime allowed for the game center in Clause 3, Article 105 as follows:
“Article 105. Violations against regulations on points of public electronic gaming services
3. A fine ranging from VND 5,000,000 to VND 10,000,000 shall be imposed for the commission of one of the following violations:
dd) Providing services out of the prescribed period of time between 08:00 AM and 22:00 PM every day;...”
