As readers will witness in this volume, the Yearbook is becoming more international; however, contributions from Africa are still missing. Hopefully this continent will also be represented in the near future. Again we encourage contributions on new developments in private international law in countries and regions around the globe. Discussions of important court decisions are particularly welcome."
