CASE LAW No. 54/2022/AL REGARDING DETERMINATION OF CUSTODY RIGHTS OF CHILDREN UNDER 36 MONTHS OF AG

Case law situation: In this marriage and family case, there is a dispute over custody of a child under 36 months of age. The mother left when the child was very young, she did not look after, care for, nurture and educating the child. The child is raised and cared for by the father in good conditions and is used to those conditions and living environment

Legal solution: In this case, the Court must continue appointing the father to directly nurture and care for the child under 36 months of age.
