Case law situation:
After the insurance premium expires as agreed in the property insurance contract, the insurance buyer paid the insurance premium to the insurance enterprise. The insurance enterprise didn’t complain, sent no written notice to the insurance buyer about the termination of the contract but still received the insurance premium, issue value-added invoices and tax report on the payment insurance. Then the insured event occurred.
Legal solution:
In this case, the insurance contract takes effect, the insurance enterprise must be responsible for compensating damages to the assured.
